Good one Sheldon, you said "confidence building" on a previous video, I would say you are pretty much there.

Thanks.

Problem is that we have telephone wires over our field, diagonally from just in front of where I'm standing in the video to 1/3rd of the way down the other side. So I have to either go high or low lol. Also landing after a long flight is not easy as I kind of have to circle in and get in the low down circuit in the ring of trees around my field.

Makes it more interesting :)

LOL Gary.

My Multiplex FunCub actually takes off from the cycle jumps so I'll have to post a vid of that soon  :)

Oh and the only thing I have to worry about in my field is the telephone lines. On the ground there is long soft grass up to waist-height. I've had my fair share of unplanned FPV landings in it haha.

I don't think I would be too impressed either if I was being buzzed deliberately by a fast moving and low flying model. Some clubs would kick you out for that sort of flying.
Certainly, fly fast and fly low, but so fast and low over these peoples heads, time and time again is a bit wreckless.

Sorry, didn't see you there.

Well, they were my brother biking friends and they enjoy being buzzed. I would never fly to some random person and buzz them like that. Also it isn't a club, it's my own field that I'm flying in. I wouldn't do it if they didn't want/let me to do so. Sure it's dangerous, but they are doing far more dangerous things on their bikes. I often film them with my Raven 50 too... So I think a foam plane is nothing to worry about compared to some rotors spinning...

Sure it's dangerous, but they are doing far more dangerous things on their bikes.

So I think a foam plane is nothing to worry about compared to some rotors spinning...

What they to themselves do is immaterial.

Air Navigation Order Article 74
A person shall not recklessly or negligently cause or permit an aircraft to endanger any person or property.
This includes model aircraft.
Foam model travelling at 40-50mph into someone's face - still nothing to worry about?

Consider the consequences of a slight misjudgement or equipment failure where there is no real margin for error. You have already stated yourself that it is dangerous. That's not much of a defence in an insurance claim against you. I don't want to start an argument here so maybe I'll just leave it at that.
