Nothing wrong with serious Dizzy if it is done in a respectful and constructive way.

This terrorist/drone thing is not new and reminds me of the scare stories about criminal using drones to drop drugs and contraband into prisons. They have been doing that for years with model helicopters.

The media latch onto things like this and produce half baked articles to sell their trash till something else catches their fickle attention.

Whilst having high respect for a lot of the more active members on this forum who put some very good points into these discussions including your good self

My own feelings regarding this type of discussion is that this is a form of politics.

I read and enjoy this forum as a hobbyist  and for no other reason,  if i want to know more about possible terrorism  and the possibilities of using toys as weapons then I would read the news channels and not a hobby forum.

All the arguments put forth on here just reiterate the same thing over and over again.

Give it a rest guys

Just enjoy this as a hobby and get back to enjoying life  Go fly enjoy and keep it safe We will still be doing this year's from now :-)

Totally agree!

I'm not even going to pretend I've not been involved in this stuff in the past but I'm sure anyone who reads this will agree that this type of thread has killed this once-busy community, caused massive friction and spoiled a fantastic hobby for many people.

It needs nipped in the bud. It's not sticking your head in the sand either it's just focusing on help, enjoyment and fun - which is why I presume we all got involved in this hobby in the first place.
