Our wheelie bin
« on: January 12, 2018, 08:21:10 PM »

Hi peeps just had to share this
My brother asked a friend who was leaving if he would not mind if he could drag his loaded  wheelie bin out to the end of his lane roughly two hundred yards of uneven ground.
He duly obliged with the bin  handle hooked and leaning over the  tow ball we been doing this for many years but slowly as the wheel base is very small.
Anyway he forgot it was there and took off down the road he was late visiting a friend  so roughly twenty miles later at speeds around 60 plus and even 70 on the open road around Couldrose airfield, small windy backroads stopping for petrol and driving through Helston and three villages.
His friend spotted it still sitting on his tow bar not a mark on it no spillage rubber tyres still looking fine, and its really free to roll now  :D

I do wonder if the guard's at Couldrose airfield seen it go by maybe some vid may appear on you tube one day

Which ever way you look at it an excellent story to be told

dizzy  :D
