Not too bad footage Steve.
Like the grass runway at the end.

New Mobius fitted - I figured that the risk of losing another one was outweighed by the far superior footage over the 808 #16.

! No longer available

On a pleasant note I discovered that the T1000FC automatically sets its home location if you leave it in GPS mode while it's getting satellites, so no more needing to faff around for a small "poking thing" to press the little button on the box any more. RTH works really well on this little flight controller and I find myself really enjoying the flying for a change - I'm glad I bought it on a whim all those years ago, it's a shame they're discontinued. I mean I only paid 55 for it when they first came out which is a bargain even now for a plug and play unit with RTH + stability. An OSD would have made it a real challenger to something like a Cyclops Storm - to be honest I think a lot of people used these with EzOSDs and the Suppo Pigeon OSDs which had no flight controller but I'm not really missing the on-screen data anyway.

This was just a small test flight late in the day with the Mobius mounted to see if it affected the CoG too much being nose heavy again - the only issue I've found is slow speed turns causes the nose to drop violently but... who flies a Z-84 slowly?

That's good info on the T1000 Steve. ..My T1000 is still BNIB as I could not follow the instructions or the Green / Red LED sequence either.
The footage from your new Mobius looks really sharp, be interested to see some sunny day footage now..Which version of the Mobius have you bought then.????
