Looks good. Get the GoPro strapped down good and proper or it will disappear!!!
Are you flying in Acro mode or stabilised?

This.  Look for a proper mount for it that gives it a bit of protection as well.

Thirded.  A session held on with a rubber band is giving me heart palpitations !  Big old strap tight around it (I stick mine in a silicone case that's tethered on as well - but a mount works too)

Also add some bright pink tape around it too, so you can actually find it if it does pop off. (or a bright 3D printed case)

It does take a bit of getting used to. Some people prefer to sit down while flying.

Yea it's definitely easier when you don't have to concentrate on staying upright - grab a chair :)

There are some great YouTube video lessons on FPV quads. I really found our own CurryKitten series very inspiring as well as the Josh Bardwell series. Best advice is not to get stuck in a stabilised mode. Get into Acro as soon as!

Which sim are you using? I started off on FPVFreerider which was great to start with. Started on slow rates then worked up to snappy3. It is good as a start but it's almost like gravity isn't quite there.
I have now progressed to Velocidrone using same rates as my normal quad. Again gravity isn't quite right but overall it does seem a little better.

Iím using liftoff on my MacBook with the Devo 7 controller that came with the quad.  Works good enough for me.  Tried  Velocidrone but tried the free trial and couldnít seem to calibrate the controller.  It recognized my Tx but didnít seem to work.  Itching to get out again but now Iím off the weather has turned!! Typical!

Try the free trial of Rotor Rush. They have an adjustment to help the gravity feel real, and also i hear there maybe soem different payment options coming out for those that dont like the subscriptions.
