No, it really isn't.  Because whilst there is a wealth of actual scientific evidence to support the link between smoking and various respiratory and cardiovascular diseases there is more or less none to support what you're panicking about.

Also the percentage of older people with dementia is decreasing, not increasing.

I don't agree with the "smoking hasn't killed me" argument analogy- it isn't the same as that.

18 years after tobacco was first smoked in england- no one thought it was bad for you either.

I think- like many things- there's a good chance that some of the above transmitted energy is bad for us and all life.

How bad- and what type of energy- I have no idea.

Just bought an EMF meter reader and ive been going around my house with it.
I was shocked at some of the readings that are considered to be harmful.
0.3 to 2.5 mG (milliGauss)of exposure is considered to be your limit.

I have a water distiller and its off the chart reading OL over load with the meter when 2 inches away.
At about 1 foot away it reads over 10mG, The kitchen in my house is the worst room to be in with micro wave oven, Fridge, distiller,
All reading high. My micro wave i think is leaking micro waves as the seals are old so its going in the bin and will buy a new one.
I urge any one with kids to limit their use of wifi and cell phones and turn them off if have these where you sleep.
Cell phones use 2.4ghz like a micro wave oven and that aint healthy when you have a cell phone to you head  for 30 mins at a time.

Before you  crazy, throw out all your appliances and line your house with metal to block external signals, have you had this EMF meter calibrated? Can you be sure that it is giving you accurate readings?

I hate to bring science into this squabble...

E=hf

Ok so higher frequencies have more energy in them than lower frequencies. And?

IMO it doesn't seem a big stretch to suggest animal life is likely to be more resistant to frequencies which have occurred on the planet naturally since the dawn of time. Everything has had time to evolve a resistance to it. Or at least sufficient tolerance to only cause illness many years after the person has had a chance to pass on their genetic material.

If we are transmitting at frequencies that occur naturally- allbeit at a far higher power than occurs naturally- it could cause damage to cells and DNA. And if we are transmitting at frequencies very different to naturally occurring radiation- we are less likely to be able to tolerate it.

If e=hf we should all sell our 5.8 & 2.4 gear and fly uhf and 1.3 :D

The decrease in human and animal fertility and the rising incidence of hermaphroditism in fish and vertebrates has scientifically been attributed to the rise of microplastics in the water systems worldwide. https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2017/sep/06/we-are-living-on-a-plastic-planet-what-does-it-mean-for-our-health

Studies have proved that male animals subject to these contaminates are less attractive to both male and female of the species.

Use  of the female contraceptive pill has caused  a rise in the female hormone in water sources lowering the male hormone testosterone which is a direct contributors the a lower sperm count. As is the higher consumption of alcohol worldwide.

I don't think there is any agreement about what is causing the decrease in male fertility.  There is only just now an emerging consensus that it is a real phenomenon and not an artefact of some of the methods used to gather the data.

In fairness we didn't have many ways of checking in 1492.

Is there an actual decrease in male fertility or are they just not going at it as much after the invention of the lightbulb + TV? Although I suppose technically that does mean electronic devices are responsible for it

true- but if they had there wouldn't have been much evidence after 18 years.

Try looking up Atrazine, a widely used(now and in the past) chemical applied to food crops. 3rd world migrants who come to the West from high fertility countries eventually suffer a decrease in male fertility (mainly shows in their descendants).
