does anybody have a clue or guide in how to interpret them to make sure im getting full utilisation with minimal interference. Also is 433 band Better that 459

Not to open a can of worms but this is just an FYI - 433 is illegal for rc control in the country but feel free to use it if you are happy with this.
459 is the legal freq but on this the ezuhf will transmit at 100mw rather than the 600mw when on 433.
Also if you use 433 you'll be risking lockouts due to ham & cb radio users.
How to read the analyser:
1st establish a base reading with your plane turned off & power rx via USB only.
Any peaks in the graph you see are noise (click the record peaks button off). Then power up your plane bit by bit, vtx, camera, servos, then esc, then motor.
If you see an increase in the waveform around your control freq you need to quiet down your plane.
A reading of 100-110 is acceptable (90 maybe ok but higher number the better when fully powered)
Be aware cameras like gopro2's & pixim seawolfs are VERY noisy cameras & can drastically effect your numbers - I had to ditch my pixim due this on 459!!
Think if you have latest firmware there should be a setup guide in the software somewhere to help you.
Less chance of a lockout on 433 with the latest beta firmware with extreme hopping activated. Also less chance to annoy hams as it now hops over a wider bandwidth.
430-450 iirc... Much more robust link and much less likely to annoy anyone, but not technically legal for model control.
I've been using it in France and its a very solid link, even with a highish noise floor.
433 will disable a lot of car central locking too, which can be annoying.
Was at the meet the other day and couldn't unlock my damn car. :P
Its a built in anti theft device so no one nicks your car while your FPVing :D
Ha yer, that's a good point. Although I just used the key and left the car sat there with the alarm going off. ;D
Switching to 435-438 doesn't interfere with cars. :P

I agree stick with the 435-440 frequencies then you can use decent off the shelf antennas.
As Rich mentions above the later firmware hops over 20mhz band-width BUT I've found the later firmware also makes Spektrum TX's go nuts..
got it everything works not messed with frequency yet
with everything plugged in baseline is 116dbi is that good lowest spike goes to 95
