From what i gather the police in istanbul shoot at pretty much everything that moves at the moment.
It's a nice counterpoint to the usual bad press that they get, I think. Using them to defend and maintain civil liberties rather than erode them.

Thats Turkey off the holiday list then, wouldnt have minded taking a quad over aswell, it looks like Baghdad over there at the moment, ashame since theres many genuine and nice familys caught up in all of it :(
