Ordered a rangelink rx, the one that's compatible with the chainlink tx v1.
Switched to micromide (1mw) range tested at 40 metres before failsafe kicks in which seems ok.
After range testing I switched to low power mode (200mw). Flew my quad to about 300metres and failsafe kicked in. I have checked and replaced the antenna just Incase but its still intermittent. Sometimes it goes into FS and sometimes it's fine. I really don't trust it at all. Unlike my original chainlink rx that is in my bixler working flawlessly.
I can understand that the proximity of the vtx and camera can reduce the range but surely not by this much.
Can anyone shed any light on this? Not having

Have you done two tests ?
1) Range test with FPV gear off
2) Range test with FPV gear on
Do you use a WDR camera or a GoPro ?
