OK, so I have a Dragonlink system (the old V1) with a 9CH RX, I must say, I absolutely LOVE this system, soooo reliable, soooo easy to use and immense range.....
The problem, the RXs are like Rocking Horse poo, impossible to get a hold of, the only place is the USA direct from Dragonlink Labs, but they suck big time!
So I decided to purchase the EzUHF, I've heard good things about this, and the RXs are MUCH easier to get hold of, and the system is much more flexible it would seem, so I got a good deal on one of these systems....so far on my TBS I am LOVING it!
OK, the dilemma and question....
I have a Skywalker 1900 that I am making my long range plane, I've had the DL system in this with a dipole out on the wing. So, which of the configurations should I _now_ choose?
1) Keep the DL system with Dipole in this plane
2) Sell the DL system (mmmm monies £££ for more FPV gear) and put in an 8CH Lite EzUHF with a dipole
3) or, Put in the Diversity 8CH EzUHF RX with the two rubber-duck antennas?
Which do people think would be the best option?

I cant fault EzUHF.. I have however had some pretty ropey experiences with DragonLink.. My first UHF system was a DragonLink v1 and it was flakey to say the least! I'm sure they have improved but it put me right off.
Also I didn't like the fact you cant upgrade your own firmware, and its really hard to get additional receivers.
And lets be fair, Immersion stuff is quite simply the best :D
...Option 3 all-day-long.
Option 2 and 3, ezuhf with a dipole!
While you're all talking about Ezuhf, have you all upgraded to 459MHZ? or have you stayed with 433?? is there any real benifit to 459!?
I'm using extreme hopping, so it hops around in a 20mhz window. So I guess neither 433 or 459
and 100mW limited :laugh:
