I had a problem with my 450 recently where all the motors stopped simultaneously and someone said there may be a crack in the circuit board. I also saw a thread where someone else had a similar issue and it was between the battery pads and the esc.
If I took a piece of wire and soldered it from the positive battery pad to the positive on one of the esc pads, if it is a crack will that act as a failsafe if there is a problem and solve it or will it create some sort of short does anyone know?
That sounds about right to me, but how do you know it's the positive ? it could just as well be the negative,
if all 4 stopped together it's gotta be the board or a bad connection to it from the battery.
Yes fair comment, I'll take one out for each!!
just buy a new plate, problem solved

Not such a bad idea just to get another plate and then use the current bottom as a top which would just give that bit more room for mounting things!!
