Title: Multi fault - Help
Post by: vidal on December 28, 2013, 10:21:32 AM
Hey
I have a problem with my quad.
It seams to fly ok for a minute then it banks over to the right and backwards. So I have to hold the sticks on my radio almost fully to the top left just to make it fly level.
Ive changed over the kk2 board. Changed Rx. Moved all motors and esc around to see if it changed direction but still flys back and to the right. Have reset radio incase any mixes were there without me knowing.
Any ideas what ut could be?

Have you recal'd the acc on the kk2? It sounds like they are out of line, also make sure you plug it in upright and level :)

Sounds like gyro drift once the gyro`s are coming up to temperature, but the KK2 is not supposed to suffer from that

I've seen a drift in the kk2, although I've only produced it by flying fully forward with auto level on for a while. The gyros seem to go out and I've had to go fully back to keep it level, but after a little while they correct themselves.

It was only an issue in auto level though, does this happen when flying in manual ?

Have recal'd acc. Ill recal esc again. Ive tried two diffent kk2 boards so dont think it is that. Unless there is a problem with update.
One thing I have just noticed. 3 or the esc are opto and one not. Looks like he has used that one to power fc. They are all same ampage and make. Just one is not opto. Could that do it?
