Just the touching up and final fixing to do , it should be a far better experience than my old 2gram camera

Looking good. I'm so tempted to do this to a HK Durafly Spit

Nice idea on the windowless canopy frame. I got a durafly corsair for Christmas I'm going to fpv, just waiting on the camera to arrive.

Looks  great Dizzy - hope it flies as well as Barry's did on the XJet YouTube channel, I watched it yesterday and it was magnificent.

Dizzy, does that mean you're gonna leave the complete canopy off, or be cutting holes in it?
the reason I ask is that I got passed on a DeAgostini one, the weekly build up one Nitro thingy which I've converted to electric (almost,)   & was thinking of cutting the front screen out & replacing with 1mm glass as the plastic one is absolute crap & wouldn't have a very clear view. I do like the idea of putting the vtx as per photo. Looking good.

Hi Charliewalker  thanks, i made up this canopy in the picture to replace the origanal one its made of plasticard parts i raised the head room by about 5mm to enable a slightly better view when looking forward through the space where the gun site would have been i tried cutting the origanal canopy last time but its to flimsy to mess with so no perspex or glass is used its just a frame  ;)
hope that helps  :D

Yeh, looking from through the camera it's gonna look like nice clear glass / perspex, thats a great idea, we men can't be the clever ones all the time! seriously though well done & I'll copy that idea if I might

Thanks Steve she as been performing lovely the last couple of years but i have added a bit more weight to her so fingers crossed for the re maiden i have put a small lipo under the engine cowl for the fpv gear which balances nicly the heavier fpv kit in the cockpit :D
