I've got a FunJet on a 4s set-up, 3656 2900kv motor, absolute beast.
However my 2700mah pack last about 2mins =P
It is also battered beyond belief and is more held together with fibreglass and hotglue than foam..
I was wondering if anyone knows of a decent setup of a 3s version, with half decent flight times?
I run 2 funjets - 1 for FPV and other Los.
Both are the stock RR versions on 3s and get fair flight times

Try mike the crash on RCG - he's had a few! Mine is still original one about 10 years old ... But shaped like a banana now from vertical landings!

I'm a big fan of the standard funjet (not the ultra version) powered by a 3s 2100mah pack, and using a Mega 16/15/4 motor and an apc 6x4 prop.
It is not ballistic, but nice and light and plenty of power for general flying. Plus you can double up on the packs for flights in excess of 20min with careful throttle management.
Or, you can drop the prop size to a 5x5,and fit a 4s pack for a bit of speed!

Just ordered the Turnigy 2836 brushless Outrunner 2350kv and 60A esc, going to try on 6x4 prop for now but might drop it to 5x5 or some similar variant
This frame is battered so dont mind trying a few motors out before a new build and osd =]
