gear
1/4 scale supercub
spectrum a6150hv servos
fy-41ap
2 x becs
Is it possible to reverse the servos for the ailerons. The cub doesn't allow for servo relocation. I can't reverse the channel on the spektrum receiver because the Fy-41ap only pulls from one channel. The spektrum receiver puts the ailerons out over 2 channels.......not 1. I've heard that using separate servo reversers on spektrum servos is a bad bad thing.......any one help?
Page 24 of the manual says to reverse the controls go into the OSD menu, change the direction of the aileron control via the ―REV‖ list of the ―Servo Gain REV‖ option.

I think that method is for reversing servo direction in the navigation modes eg ABM. Basic set up for RC mode has to be done in the TX via servo reversing functions or by in line servo reversers. Also there are 2 aileron outputs on the 41 or you can use a y lead and 1 output. We have found that with the latest firmware the method of setting pids with the osd is very unreliable. It is far better to use the GCS program for basic set up and tuning and just use the osd menu to set the gyro and asi before every flying session.

oops, the ailerons are fine, they are mounted the opposite way...few.... it's the elevator i'm having probs with.....there are 2 servos. I ned to reverse one ....the only way I can see of doing this is by using a servo splitter with a reverser....or...getting the manufacturer to reverse the servo.......spectrum servos don't like being reversed....so i'm told?......any ideas....I'm stuck....
I presume you have the elevator servos on a y lead to one channel? You could simply turn one servo Or fit one of these http://smservices.net/cgi-bin/sh000001.pl?REFPAGE=http%3a%2f%2fsmservices%2enet%2facatalog%2findex%2ehtml&WD=servo%20reverser&PN=On_Board_Units%2ehtml%23a14#a14 (http://smservices.net/cgi-bin/sh000001.pl?REFPAGE=http%3a%2f%2fsmservices%2enet%2facatalog%2findex%2ehtml&WD=servo%20reverser&PN=On_Board_Units%2ehtml%23a14#a14) scroll to bottom of page. Or do as I do on large scale and do a program mix with the elevator servo as master and the other as slave and change the values till you get the correct direction. Usually servo direction can be changed in the Tx anyway. In all Futaba Tx you have the option of selecting different tail set ups. e.g. 1 servo, 2 servo, v tail etc.
