Post by: mark1975 on April 15, 2014, 10:20:44 PM
As you can see its the hobbyking fpv250 frame with a cage really light you actually buy it as a kit from rtf drones based in the us but they don't ship international anymore well they shipped mine but called it a day lol they are originally from China info can be provided if needed just waiting on a/replacement motor from HK for it then we can get her in the air

This is exactly what I'm looking for, I have an fpv250 which is fantastic, but I am concerned the vtx and camera's are a bit exposed, any info on where to get this frame from (china is fine) would be appreciated.

Great - I have emailed multirotor.cn to see if they can do a price from china, I bought 6 FPV250 frames from hobbyking to split the ridiculous postage ($26 postage on one $9.99 frame) - so if we could do a group purchase on these, I'd definitely have a couple of them - looks perfect to me, the lumenier style at 1/10 the price, and I'm all about cheap !

Got a price from china, they want to post dhl which is steep, 3 frames work out 17 quid each. They mentioned they are planning to sell through hobbyking so might be easier to hang on for that.

QAV250 frame with cage set is now available £24.99 from www.miniquaduk.co.uk, or if you can wait a few days much cheaper from rotorgeeks.com in canada.
