I found a great bit of software called VideoPad ... free version too :)

Other than that, Windows Movie Maker is ... ok I guess.
Hi Ant
Vegas 10 as it works well with the gopro it does have a lot of things on it which i think you would never use but the finished results do look good
Im new to it and a total dummy when it comes to editing so i would advise setting some time aside and just sit watch and learn from the tutorials on youtube
:D Dave
Cheers guys
I have just had a play with Windows Movie Maker and will take your comments on board.
Thanks
Ant
The nack with youtube is what file format you upload it as. Youtube can take a nice good quality video and slaughter it completely
'Vimeo' is a bit better than youtube. Also 'Exposure room' is better still, if you can get on it.
I do all my video editing on Windows movie maker and the win 7 live version.
whats your account name i will subscribe ;D
Yeah i use vimeo now, apart from having to sometimes wait for 3 hours, no ban on music, much better video quality, no adverts. Shame its missing a few youtube features but wins hands down.
