my old batted 100" single stringer kite. all the plastic rods broke and were replaced with garden bamboo, and all the stitching is coming undone around the Bamboo poles. AND SHE STILL FLYS GREAT!!!! i tie-rapped my little key chain cam to the front bamboo pole that runs down the middle and off she went!!! may make a bracket for the "wing Tube" so it will swing round when pointing up and back when going down so you can always see the front.

it was also first real Movie edited in Windows LIVE Movie Maker, like all the new office and paint it is so hard to use with this new "glamorous" tool bar and stuff!!! but the tittles and effects are better, when you can find them.

Well done Jake you are trying new things and pushing the envelope, you should be encouraged to do just that. May not be every body's "cup of tea" but don't let that put you off. Perhaps you can come up with some way to stabilise the camera orientation or perhapse other Forum members can? What next camera on rocket may be?

My mate is setting up the same sort of project, He is toying withe a kite or balloon ider.
A 2 string kit is quite stable, also I recently had a pirate ship party balloon, it was a good shape, it was pretty big, and had a good lift to tack a keychain camera, I would try fitting a boom with a prop from a toy 2 Chanel Helli to rotate and to holed steady in the Bree's, tether with a bit of string, I recon it would give pretty good results, I also looked at weather balloons, that will provide a stable platform and tack a lot of wight If you google search, I found that you can buy them from the us quit cheep. Good luck and keep experimenting, its the only way :)
