Hello all, I have just ordered a Fy-Dos autopilot with GPS, anybody had any experience with using these, I am going to use it alongside my ezOSD. Any thoughts ?

OMG. My experience of FY TECH is you will get no tech or warranty back up what so ever. The FY DOS is very very old technology so if you must have an FY product you should get the FY 41 lite as a minimum. In any case we run an FY 41 and a MFD and the latter is by far the better all round manufacturer and product.

Well its a shame to hear that, but it has been bought now, I checked out a few youtube videos, seems to cover most things I need. Plus it was very cheap !

I have three of these return to home works a dream the ring geo fence works every time just remember to set you throttle settings to give your plane a reasonable cruise speed.
Cessndave also flies several of his planes with this system i have one in my little EZ which as been faultless with it I have purchased a couple more of them now and have no worries in my own mind regarding fitting them to both my fun cub and too my Z cub :D

Everything's ok when it works it's when you need makers backup from FY TECH you will have problems.
