sorry to tack so long to get back to you raptorheli, I have been busy with my quid, the screen is about 2", its a great little unit, it dus freeze now and then, this is a known problem, but if you remember to stop it recording and go to menu before terning of the camera on the plane, it seems fine.

thanks for getting back to me.

as a newbie to this game i'm surprised to read that just about everything you look at DVR wise can freeze. now when you factor in my own luck it will go when i need it the most.

perhaps the FPV japan isn't the best option for me after all given the screen will be of little use to onlookers.

i was debating this or another dvr with sep lcd.....ummmm.

cheers
