Title: BANGGOOD Customer Service
Post by: g4uvz on February 02, 2015, 10:36:29 PM
I recently placed my first order with BG delivered from the UK..Items were received in a timely manner. However one incorrect item was sent and a faulty esc.  So far I have emailed twice and also done the online chat ..but no response has been forthcoming. Does anyone have a UK elephone number where you can speak to a real person..or is this like dealing with HK customer service where  a Paypal dispute is the only way forward?

Surprised to hear that - my delivery was very late and they shipped same goods to me free of charge assuming it was lost. Just a few days after I received second package the first one arrived as well, I contacted them and made another payment.

It did take a couple of emails to sort it out - the lady on the chat spoke poor English - more senior customer representative answered my email.

Banggood Network Co Ltd has the same address as listed on the Banggood.com website so I reckon it is one and the same

Banggood has a director (Xin Zou) who is also a director of a company (Vinhigh Ltd) which has a registered office in London but lists no other contact details. Xin Zou's address is listed as the same as Banggood.

This is probably not much help though.  :(

Thanks for the info..It is a shame as 95% of the goods received are fine but one of the motors has a 4mm shaft rather than 5mm  which isn't much good!   3 escs are fine .
The mini quad frame is great too !
I have given them 24 hrs to respond and then I will file a Paypal complaint and see how that goes!

I buy a lot of stuff from banggood, since hobbyking postage got silly I've had to switch elsewhere, so most of my orders now are ebay/china or bangood, I only use hobbyking for lipos and get from UK warehouse as much as possible.

I've had a couple of issues out of 37 banggood orders, first was a camera delayed by malaysia post fiasco, which they asked for more time, and I wasn't happy to go over the paypal dispute limit (one of my early orders with them), so raised a paypal dispute and they refunded, second was missing item in an order, which was resolved in a few days by emailing [email protected] with order details and photo of what I got explaining what was missing, they replied confirming they would send the missing items, which I then got a dispatch email a couple of days later and they arrived as promised in a week or so.

Bear in mind they are in China, so you need to add a day or two for responses (and make sure your email is concise and clear so there is no misunderstanding), but they have always been very polite and responsive for me.

I would not file a paypal dispute for 5 days personally, as the paypal process is getting worse by the day, so better to sort out amicably, which I manage 99% of the time, then again I'm always nice to everyone so hope it pays back ;)

Thanks for the info James  but having done the on line chat thing with a promise of a contact from a sales agent ..no result

I emailed to [email protected] and also [email protected] email addresses bounce!

What I don't understand , the goods come from the UK arriving in a couple of days,  I feel that I should be able to talk to the despatch dept here in UK.  Bur they seem keen to hide from customers ..Caveat Emptor!
