also theres a new vtx coming aswell see what you think looks like there needs to be filtes on both ends ,
Fatshark Dominator HD goggles built in dvr recording with beta 1.3 NexwaveRF rx (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2EI_PnfldI#ws)
Ground Station DVR on imrc 700mw beta 1.3vtx (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJHat88QGG0#)
Looks a nice stable picture. No better or worse than the RMRC stuff
oooh, handy to know. I wouldn't mind getting the 1.3ghz vrx module for my doms now I've got a vtx that actually does 1280
Yes your right picture looks awesome cannot wait for these to be launched ..
The colours are nice and rich yeah. I could still be tempted, only because I still am having no luck with this laser receiver, but swapping everything over wouldn`t be cheap, especially at Fatshark prices.
Will wait and see how it works out
Looks like we are only weeks away now too with tests like that production could be ramped up..
Just spoke to him he will do some penetration tests and range later this week awesome stuff just bloody awesome..
That is really tempting, I'm completely 5.8ghz at the moment and it doesn't give me what I envisaged FPV with a quadcopter would be when I started out. I had expectations of being able to ground hug and dart in and out of trees and bushes as seen in this video which is just pushing your luck with 5.8ghz unless you are real close in with a 250 size. Fortunately I invested in a set of Domi V2's a few weeks back so I can now at least swap the modules over easily so time to start saving I reckon.
Given I fly without a ground station, just my goggles, what sort of antenna would you use on the Domi's for 1.3?
I currently use fpvlr antennas I got a good deal off tony , but you also Simon aka bignose 13 who makes quality antennas he is a busy man best pm him can't promise he can make these still as there's a lot more work involved but don't scrimp on antennas stay clear of the cheap eBay antennas I've used them on 1.2 there not a patch on my current ones ..
These are going to be the channels available
CH9:1280MHZ
CHH:1320MHZ
CHC:1360MHZ
CHd:1258MHZ
I have been using the laserbcg (bgc?) module for over a year now.
Not had any problems with it at all.
Flown out to 6km and back with no break up, stable picture.
Coupled with a partom 1.2ghz vtx.
Be interested to see the price difference, and if there is any improvement.
It will go much further, but that's the furtherest i was willing to go lol.
Now this is encouraging, he's testing against the laser ( which I'm having feckless all luck with ) and basically says it's better in every way. So must work fine with RMRC transmitters in that case. That means you now have my full attention.

Not often interested in all the new unproven stuff but this module looks very promising to me :)
dizzy :)
don't get me wrong what laser brought to the market was very good they almost changed and created what others couldn't (at the time), but now the big boys are on it like car bonnets 2015 will be a good year forget all the doom and gloom in the media (drones) and just enjoy the best experience money can buy fpv wise soon as the pre orders are up for both these ill hit buy
where is the info on these? prices etc...?
Over on the fpvlab fatshark thread chris no prices are up yet though.
