Ok i had to try one so i just ordered a Emax 250 pro quad Kit. comes with CC3D but not using it as i have a Naze32 Acro here.
does it come with PDB and what size cable to use for power?
Pros/Cons?
I'm just in the process of building mine - it's a great kit......
There is no pdb on this frame. What I do, is just solder the 4 red esc cables onto the positive terminal of my XT60, and the 4 black to the negative...... No need to make it over complicated :)
If you do want to make up a harness, then 14/16 AWG is fine for power..... 16awg is apparently good for upto 35A, so it depends what motors/props you will be using.
thx for the comment.
I went with the combo kit so.
MT2204 2300kv motors
Simon esc 12A
6030 props.
16AWG will be fine then? whats the norm battery wise i have plenty of 3's 2200 turnigy lipos @25C for this set up any idea?
I find 6x3 props don't work to well on mine and find 5x4 excellent, I use 1600mah to 22oomah lipos. I also use 36x36mm distribution board between the two bottom plates with the esc's in there as well
Cheers for the info guys.
just waiting on posty now :)
Your going to love it ..
well put a few hours into it so far, just awaiting components now for LC filter, smaller sma extension cable, went with the CC3D PDB after nice and small fitted great with esc's sandwiched between bottom plate, get the main wiring sorted now and move on to the LED's.
Few pics nothing to great only on phone.

Prince... is that NASE the wrong way round or can you configure the orientation in the software?
mine is the same grundummy you change orientation in cleanflight to 90 degress
damn! I didn't know that... that would make the atas build soooo much easier. (I'm new to cleanflight!)
Cheers Mark
