LOL,
My translation,
This is an interesting piece of foam.
I hope this lasts me longer than 5 minutes.
In the event of failure,
I hope it glues well.
Now who do i trust to chuck it for me?
After a fairly big off in my caprihana earlier today this is perfect timing.
I have heard the word manta mentioned a while ago about a plane but I forget where? It may have been about this or maybe there's another plane with the same name.
I would be interested in this at the right price of course... anything close to the price of a Caipirinha and I'll be looking elsewhere to be honest. Will be interesting to see if they actually sell this with power set installed. If so, could be a game changer.

Everyone seems to be capitalising on wings at the moment.
China can make them dead cheap. I would imagine an experienced plane designer could design a wing with the desired traits you require within a week or two. A couple of prototypes and there you have it.
If you already have a good brand name from other products, it's easy to branch out. One or two platforms is enough to cover most needs. Wings of around 1m in size in particularly. People are starting to realise the big fpv platform is potentially over rated.
Fewer returns and warranty issues than with electrical and mechanical products I would imagine too.
Off the top of my head, the following have made the move.
RMRC
Happy Flyers
TBS (Cap)
MFD
Expect I'm forgetting lots!
I know what you mean... I had so much fun last weekend with my own hacked medium sized FPV wing (1280mm) (the wings of a go discover, without the middle fuselage). you can really throw them around the sky and have a whale of a time... but then I do really like the larger long range platforms, if only for the technical involvement and the pushing of one's limits... I find that fun also.
Got to fly pne the other day, it's a nice wing. I like the size too, not as unwieldy as a typical wing.
It's got some neat features, I'm looking forward to putting one in my collection :)

I brought out a UAV platform call the Manta about 6 years ago, it was the very first UAV to fly at Farnborough at the hands of Gary Mortimer of suas news. The science museum wanted it for an exhibition concerning the history of Farnborough, sadly it never went ahead.
The manta was copied by www.questuav.com (http://www.questuav.com) after they had a few off us, its pretty much identical even now.
I will be bringing the all new Falcon Evo to Mad dogs tomorrow, im very happy with this wing, I will post some pictures tomorrow.
Just flown again with a vector onboard, getting 15 mins with 25% left in the battery, really stable.
Cheers Rob
