Dude, 16km into range testing in a 1km circle gets me bored :) Just before this I tried CIR mode and it was fine(ish) then thought hey let's see if RTL works...? Curiosity cost the cat 1 X life!
Plane's too fat, simples. You can see it right from the take off, and CG was exactlty the same, I just added one more lipo. Did you ever know Hobbyking to stretch the truth about the abilities of one of their items?

I love the 'enter menu' on the osd! Hmm yes why not, I'll just browse the fine wine menu... Meanwhile all hell is breaking loose!
I guess you'd have to re-tune the pids when adding more weight? Not sure how MFD works in that sense.

Yeah that's funny, but only after the fact - don't think I even noticed it on a conscious level, just that now very familiar 'life rushes before my eyes - will I find it / can I fix it / why me Lord' kind of irrational thinking.
Seeing the menu option just proves I have full down and right ail / ele for at least 1 second.
