I didn't think I did, but I'd just wanted an external shot of my 250 quad taking off for a video, and when I watched it back - well, full on Stevie Wonder in the head movements + lots of weird leaning. I found it quite funny to watch, so I made this short video.
FPV Flying: Much much do you move around ? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gI6IVYXpqHE#ws)
Heheheh :)
I move my head, well more my neck goes with what angle I bank to and then never returns to level so I sit slouched :)
Most weird movements I do when landing, it's like I'm in it too trying to balance multi with my bodyweight.
I nearly fell over once whilst FPVing standing up... even now when I'm sitting down I end up in a sort of fetal position
Most FPVers I've seen look like they've had a stroke while flying.
I much prefer sitting down, I feel a bit unsteady on my feet if I'm standing up while wearing goggles.
Likewise, sitting comfy.
Chris
When I first started I could only fly sitting down, especially when flying low and fast. But now I've mastered standing up
Always stood up.
With leans and all.
Was hoping I'd do a backflip while doing a loop but nope.
;D
I nearly fell over today while trying to land the 250 in a side wind. :o
I generally stand and never had an issue until I tried to follow someone flying LOS a week or so back, and nearly fell straight on my face.
I learned FPV while standing up, found if I sat down after a few flights I would feel almost sea sick but now either is good for me. If I sit down I tend to head steer the quad if doing close proximity, if I'm standing then I get the full body lean but never fallen over...good thing too as I tend to stand in quite dangerous spots to get the best signal footprint from my Tx.
Bottom left of the screen shows how much I move during close proximity while I sit down...
