What a hoot. I love my cap :) I have split it in half at least 3 times and it still flies great.

Do you find yours very cg sensitive?

And do you have to re trim yours 80% of the time? Mine can be in a spare bedroom for a week with no changes to the setup and then need a huge amount of trimming again before she flies well. All I can think is its the bendy control rod things that (whilst saving the servos and horns in a crash) somehow distort with temperature of if there's anything pressing on them.

And she's pretty rubbish in the wind too! That could be something to do with the need to retrim actually. A slight crosswind really affects it which means lots of trimming required.

Yes I have to re trim for each flight. I put markers on the winglet to align the elevons for take off, works good. I think you are right about the control rods and the little bend in it might be the reason. Anyhow I like the Caip a lot, this was the first time I flown her in calm conditions and whow thats SUPER! In windy conditions its hard work, but still fun 😄
