Getting some altitude and the wing folded as was getting some mad wind gusts at ground level so up there well.

Ouch - sorry to see that.  Just how strong was the wind to do that to the wind.  Hopefully the video will help see exactly what happened.

Anything on the plane salvageable (aside form the electronics) ?

winds was little wild at times but then dead calm at others but still max 15mph on the ground anyways, just one of them things.

rear elevator, the right wing, carbon boom. other than that all trashed

The 3M fibre reinforced tape on top and bottom. That "normally" stops it although with the saddle shape sometimes the bottom of the wing is still weak.

First thought was tip stall, flicked to manual mode. but airspeed was good with no warnings, and announced it to spotter that i was having issues.
then it was let it go pick up speed try and pull out.
then it was call to spotter let him know i was coming down, and did he have eyes on. was up a little ;)
at this time i tried to pull out or at least slow the spin down to get a reference, spotter said i go you and i only had 1 wing.
at that point i was in a plass spin and coming down hard. just tried to judge the impact and try to pull out, slow down, or at least try and stop it going in nose first, dive bomb. but missed judged it done it to soon as you can see.

then there was allot of polite words said  \0/.
and we went to look for it. was about 1/2 mile further than what we thought but was bang on in the right direction.

no spotter no plane simples lads.
