lol steve, you must have cabin fever... when did you last get out flying?

I've only managed 2 flights this year and neither were that great to be fair. I'm throwing myself into this skymule build right now just to give my brain something to do...

It also sucks ass during the week when you're at work and the sun comes out and the wind disappears.... then at the weekend the rain, wind and clouds come back to deliberately dick you about lol

BlueFlyer ... haha yea, 3 or 4 times this year. Last flight my vtx+camera+lights battery died, so RTH got a proper test - no video though as I didn't have a camera onboard and wasn't recording the downlink - d'oh!

Dillwhacker ... 10A battery in front of the wheels, plus various other heavy contraptions ...

I did this balancing act for an entire 2200mAh battery lol




Things I learned ... the elevator response is super sensitive when in the prop wash... could make a big difference at slow speeds, so something to watch out for.

Think im still on schedule to hit my new years resolution of flying on at least 200 days this year.
