I used to buy EPP blocks from flyingwings.co.uk for making my own wings on my feather cutter.
I also used to make slope wings or fish type wings. It was around 600mm x 400mm x 50mm or something...
Does anyone know where I can get EPP block these days? No one makes any more?

They only do up to 30mm but you could either buy two blocks or contact them and ask if they do thicker blocks, they suggest they do custom sizes.
In the past I have got lots of EPP from them, some custom sizes and they were fantastic with their service. Recommend them.
