Does anyone know of a good app/software that compresses gopro videos into a good size/format for youtube?

The GoPro studio software is very good for this.

It's a fairly decent editing package too, and once you've got your video how you want it, it gives you the option for rendering the video in a format that GoPro has specifically tuned for YouTube.
