as I said, im new to all this, im looking to start with something small, that i can learn to fly indoors, as im in the Uk buying anything from Banggood is out of the question, which is a pity as there are loads of videos with links to the site with some good deals on.
Ive seen the betaFPV Cetus drone, seems there are 2 types, one is the pro with brushless motors and the other im guessing is the standard with brushed motors, this is where im heading, but I seem to be struggling getting batteries for this unit.
So is the Cetus Pro a good cheapish ( i need cheap because if it turns out im crap at flying like this then I havent invested a lot) drone to start with, I would appreciate someone with experience with these throwing in some comments, or are there other similar units, available to ship to the Uk from somewhere.

Brushed motors are generally not very powerful and wear out quite quickly. BetaFPV have had a few quality issues over the years but they might be OK now?
One other kit that might be worth looking at is the Emax Tinyhawk https://www.hobbyrc.co.uk/emax-tinyhawk-ii-rtf-kit (https://www.hobbyrc.co.uk/emax-tinyhawk-ii-rtf-kit). It's brushless comes with 2 batteries and is fairly decent indoors and out as long as it's not too windy. Hobby RC do have it in stock but they are listing the 450mAh batteries out of stock but the 520mAh are in stock and are only 7mm longer and 1 gram heavier - so they might fit. Check on youtube vids and maybe email HobbyRC as they will probably be able to tell you if the 520mAh batteries fit.

that looks like a good deal, I notice the batteries seem to be the type with a connector wire, so i'm guessing that any brand would do and that they would be easier to source, than those made specifically for the Cetus.

Yes the batteries use 'standard' PH2.0 connectors. They normally slide into loops on the quad, so as long as size, capacity (is close) and C rating is equal or above originals you should be fine.
