Title: EzUHF and Futaba 6EX 2.4ghz
Post by: Dantian on May 20, 2012, 11:50:20 AM
Hi Folks

Just a quick question. I'm thinking of using my Futaba 6EX 2.4ghz set with an EzUHF.

As I am looking to use 2.4ghz for video I am wondering how do I go about disabling the 6EX's transmitter so its does not interfere.

I've googled about but cant really find how or if I need to do this.

Cheers
Dan

Did you manage to find the photo of what wires to snip to disable the 2.4ghz transmitter on the 6EX.

Thanks in advance.

Simon.

why dont you just try removing the cable to the antenna from the circiut board, its just a simple push on push off thing, you may get interference when its nearby but when its flying it should be ok, i also beive there is a low power mode, which would reduce it even more, but not effect the uhf
