Title: My Parkzone FPV Spitfire with retracts
Post by: Dizzy on July 02, 2012, 09:39:44 PM
I have always liked these Legends of the sky so hence my choice of a near scale FPV just for the fun of it ;)

5.8 range video vtx 520 line camera 270 plus degree camera movement on a home made gearbox miniture pan and tilt, mounted in a purpose built fpv canopy the total extra weight with the fpv gear is only 11grams over the basic model so well happy ;)

Spitfire, with retracts and fpv camera mounted on Vimeo (http://vimeo.com/45084525)

Very cool...

I've flown my friend's park zone spit and it's a beautiful flying bird. I still don't quite understand how they got an elliptical winged warbird to be so docile in the stall either.

It'll be an absolute blast I'm sure! Post some vids soon!
