Looking for some 4s batteries for my build. Whats the best once to get a good price?

Most 3300-4000 4S packs will fit. Zippy, Gens Ace, Turnigy, take your pick.

Where's the best place to buy them?

Zippy lipos are good - hobbyking
Turnigy nanotechs are good to start then fail quickly - hobbyking
Gens ace are good quality cells but are slightly heavy due to metal plates front & rear - giant shark
Dynamics are ok cheap lipos but should do ok - Inwood models & other places

As high as you can afford, anything from 25-50c should cut it. Anything higher prob ain't needed.
