UPDATE: THE MAN IN YELLOW JACKET HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED.
I HAVE ALSO RECEIVED A CALL FROM HIM CLAIMING TO NEVER TAKEN ANYTHING.

HIS RC CLUB MEMBERS HAVE RECOGNIZED HIM AND URGED HIM TO COME FORWARD AND RETURN THE ITEMS. I WILL WAIT FOR THE ITEMS.
