is it compatible with FatShark Dominator regular 5.8GHz set?

If so then you can record without connecting to your Dominators at all. It will receive your broadcast picture via its built in receiver. You can also plug it into your Dominators too if you wish

Just thinking, i am considering which recorder to buy,

the one with embedded antenna, will most likely have a different range than my dominators . . . no helical antenna . . .

i think it might be better to use just one receiver (the one in the googles) and record exactly what I saw . . .
