12V and 5V filtered PSU

Hi all,

I've just finished the design of a power supply for FPV systems. It takes in either 3s or 4s (the input is selected via use of a jumper) and gives both 5V and 12V out. I tested several different motor/esc combinations to see how much noise is actually put into the battery. It's actually quite a lot, although I have been able to get rid of about 95% of what is there. The max output current is 1A continuous.

The size of the board is 35mmx40mm, and the components go to about 13mm high. It would weigh around 20g.

Price would be £15 plus postage (£2 to the UK probably).

I've completed the design, made the prototype (works fine) and it is all 100% ready. I'm posting here to find out if you think there would be a demand for such a product. If so, I'm ready to send off my Gerbers to the PCB manufacture.

No pictures as yet, the prototype was nested. The PCB will have blue solder mask though. I'll put a CAD rendering on here shortly.

Absolutely.

There is no switching regulation so essentially there is no EMF being chucked out.
