blade 350 qx upgraded B blade broke away from hub

Hi guys
I have just purchased a Blade 350QX Qaud.
I did the research and found that the original props had issue's
So I enquired with Horizon Hobbies about the problem and they said that they had upgraded the props and now they weren't aware of any further problems.
I had only flown 3 times with NO tip ups or bad landings.
On checking my gopro vid that I shot on the last flight to my surprise it was shaking so bad with vibration it made you ill to watch it.
So I checked the props and to my horror I found that the B type prop had split away from the hub.
Apart from a lucky escape this could be down right dangerous.
I have dealt with horizon hobby UK for a number of years and have them a very helpful and caring company.
Any one out there have any problems and if so can you recommend a up graded prop and adaptor combo ?
I shall be speaking to the service department at Horizon tomorrow.
