Wow, mission control here we come.

Ian that is exceptional, what a piece of kit, you do realise that none of us are ever going to dare post pictures of our set ups after that.

Thanks Paul, I`m pretty happy with it. It`s not for everyone, hardly simple or very light, although its not as heavy as I thought it was going to be.

It shouldn`t put anyone off, variety is the spice of life
Education and schoolin is good, but FPV is gooder :)

FPV - The unusual hobby of flying £££'s miles away from you in the hope you see it again.

Are you having any interference issues with those switches? Running video through a those has me wondering how well they work. Also, what kind of wiring are you using for the wiring? Just regular stranded hookup wire? Or shielded/twisted pairs or something else?

I have some Maxim video mux IC's that I've been planning to use on something else... I could code up a simple switching firmware for a little PIC microcontroller... using manual rotary switches is an option I hadn't really considered, so this has me very interested.

I'm also curious if you're encountering any interference from the re-packaged receivers? Have you done any additional shielding between or around them?

Great looking setup - well done.

Hello, I am having no interference issues with the switches at all. I have the switches switching the ground of each signal as well as the signal itself. I am using coaxial cable for all the video / audio so each signal are shielded.

I am getting no interference from the stripped down receivers, this is due to the receiver modules are still shielded anyway so its only the switching and regulation components that are exposed to RF. No additional shielding has been needed.
