12v regulator - adjustable

Hi folks,

Can anyone recommend a BEC or regulator that can have its output adjusted around the 12v level (ideally in a fairly easy manner, eg adjustable screw)?  It needs to be able to cope with a couple of amps going through it, and be powered from a 4s lipo.

I was going to use a CCBEC (Castle Creations) but the output on this will only go up to 9v.  They do a pro version, but this a lot larger than I would like really!

TIP:

After you have adjusted the screw to give the desired output voltage, put a bit of Blu tack, plasticine or even window putty on the screw - that way it cannot shake around and readjust itself.

Would these guys be able to handle the current draw of a brushless gimbal + VTx + Camera?

I have the banggood gimbal and a 600mW VTx + board cam but I just run it from the balance connector of my 4S battery, but only taking the first 3 cells. It works fine but I feel like I'm probably degrading the life of the battery by unevenly discharging it.

I always re-balance when charging but figure it probably isnt too good for the battery.

The standard ones will do 2a continuous or 3a if you put a heat-sink on.

Whether that will run your vtx, camera and gimble depends on the power consumption of your equipment.
