Finally, off the ground so to speak! Another Tri build!

Yeah it is very stable, the gyros are working well.
Took it to new heights today testing the replaced ESC.
Did a few high thrust ascents and it was cool virtually no yaw at all.
Just need to sort this glitching out and i'll get the camera powered up and do a bit of onboard video to see what it looks like.

the roll and pitch gains are very low. they don't seem to make a massive difference..... I turned the roll to minimum yesterday to see if it was the roll gyro casuing the glitching on the right motor, and it was just as stable, but still had that little bounce in the right leg caused by the glitching.

Reflash tomorrow and see if that works.

Got all the gear loaded, went out this morning with the intent of FPV'ing her and it was a bit breezy.
So I had a little LOS and it was quiet windy once you got twenty foot or so of the ground.
I WAS TOO SCARED TO TAKE THE PLUNGE TODAY!
Better to select zone 5, extend and escape save the palne for another day!

Video was pretty smooth, just a tiny bit of virbation that seemed to be coming from the right of the screen.  Looks nicely balanced.

#Finally got around to maiden FPV last night.
It's quite intense!
Managed to land without crashing kind of.... no broken blades = not crashed :P

My turns are a little indifferent, not really got the hang of that yet. Just stop and yaw lol

My board (HK V3) threw a wobbler, managed to get it on the ground! but I LOS a few take offs and it was just tipping forward quite agressively.
Changed the battery and it was just the same, so I trimmed it out.
Then as the last LOS of the night it started coming back all the time, trimmed it up again and the trim was back to centre! How strange!

Sounds like gyro drift on the board

I thought that but would have expected it to reset when. I changed the battery??
