HobbyKing 'Can't See Anything on the photo' as to why my motor doesn't work

Yeah... HobbyKing UK don't really do customer relations very well.

Take them at shows, they just sit behind their desk in the corner, face like a smacked arse, not selling anything or any offers or talking to anyone while people poke at their latest stuff. Then look at people like Horizon Hobby who you can barley talk to because they are allways talking to other people.

They are not that good when you visit the warehouse, i ordered a lot of stuff from them when i started up, including 50+ batteries so parcel force wouldn't send it. 4 hour drive from where i am and when we finally found the right building, the only thing we heard from them was 'Name?' & 'Goodbye'. They didn't ask how we were, where we had come from, how the drive was, let alone asking if we wanted a drink or a look around or anything

The only reason HobbyKing go to shows i think is so they can satisfy people who like to have a touch and feel of things before they buy, and just general advertising.

They will never be know n for glowing customer service. I was surprised at the opinion of them at shows, you would think looking at the way they present on YouTube they would send people with at least some interest and character.
