Falcon Evo Setup Help EX34 0JP

Need help getting my wing in the air  :(
I can build and fly any multi but am doomed when it comes to fixed wing !
Please could anyone give me a hand setting up my evo and get it in the air ?
Think i have built it right and general setup with reciever just the lack of launch and fear is getting the better of me.
am on holiday for the next ten days for the first time in three years, but anyone available in the local area
for some setup and flight advice would be appreciated.
