EzUHF Transmitter pinouts Futaba mini square to S-video round

Anybody know the pinouts to convert EzUHF Futaba Trainer square mini plug OVER TO Futaba S-video Round socket in Futaba FF8 tx ??

1 shows the pinouts on the Ezuhf square plug
The other shows something I found on the net, but don't fully understand.

Can someone just tell me which pins to connect the existing red, black, white & green wires to on a round S-video plug - please .

This is what I have got - the second image below is what I think I need - if only I could fully understand it !!

STOP PRESS Now found something else on net (£rd image) - could it be that the TOP drawing of the 3rd image is what I want ? Still don't quite understand what my white & green wires are - 1 signal+, 1 signal - ???

NB - WARNING

Can I just add a warning to anyone facing this problem of converting from Futaba square to round.

DO follow the drawings referenced here, i.e. wire from Pin 1 goes to Pin whatever at the other end.

Do NOT assume anything by the colours of the wiring.

Most people assume red = batt +, black = batt - (Gnd)
I have discovered in the last 2 weeks that the colour of the wires going to my FPV camera and now also on the EZ supplied tx to Futaba square plug lead that the wiring colours are MEANINGLESS. Manufacturers are just providing leads where the wires of any colour seem to be used to go join the correct pins at both ends.
