eagle eye tracker configuration help

I'm after a bit of help. I'm setting the tracker up through vector osd when i do the configuration of pan and tilt. When i pull the elevator back it turns ccw. Now on all the videos ive seen on youtube they push the elevator up to turn ccw. Is this right and mine is wrong? If so how do i change the direction.
