Archos 700

Anyone still use an Archos 700?
Mine is still going great after many years of use.
Strange problem though when recording with my new DAL RC OSD.
The OSD overlay will completely disappear and then come back again (usually precipitated by a little glitch). The weird thing is that it doesn't happen in my goggles. So same video feed going to Archos and goggles and the overlay disappears then reappears but only on the Archos - the problem isn't seen in the goggles. Any thoughts anyone?
