Best module for fatshark?

It looks like it might be a great Christmas!
I may be finally getting some new goggles to replace my ev100 goggles.
I think I will have the hdo2, the diopter adj and better resolution oled has pursuaded me.
Anyway looking at modules. It appears RapidFire is best but also about £130, true-d x has been reduced to £54 so I am wondering it its really worth spending an extra £70 on RapidFire?
I intend to only fly sub250 so dji digital stuff won't fit.

Any suggestions?

I've got both the RapidFIRE and the TrueD-X and it's the RapidFIRE that stays in my goggles, it's just way ahead on giving the cleanest possible signal through any multipathing.  The TruD has some nice features - I like the fact you can update the firmware through your phones bluetooth.  If you are going to be flying in open fields, where there's nothing in the way, then the two modules are much closer together

Watching your vids, amongst others, RapidFire does seem to be best. Currently only flying in open field but work has changed so I will have more flying time😁 I will also need to find new spaces to fly so best receiver possible covers all bases.
One last question, just watched an old video of yours about goggle antennas especially linear. Antennas and vrx modules have improved. I will be flying sub250 some with linear antennas some rh polarised. Should I use rh polarised and a linear patch or rh patch?

I've got both the MenaceRC Pico (RHP patch) and the Bandicoot (Linear Patch) and fly quite a mix of circular polarized and linears on the quads.  In theory, I should be swapping between the bandicoot and the Pico, but in reality I do tend to use the single setup of a pagoda on one goggle receiver and the Pico on the other... mainly because I just keep them in my goggle case and they are always there.  You should do better with a linear patch when you have a linear on your quad, but as you say, the goggle modules have improved to such an extent that it's difficult to really appreciate a difference.
