micarus  After looking at your vids i have gone through your build thread she looks an interesting project to take on may i ask why you chose to use correx for your build?

It  certainly holds its own in those winds i,m wondering if being a canard as any bearing on that at all :)

I like her looks too she looks like something our airforce have dreamed up lol

Hi Dizzy,
           Glad you like it, I used Corex because it's very light, very cheap and easy to cut for experimenting with different designs, it is better since I put in more throw and was looping and rolling fairly well yesterday, but without the cameras in! Just having a bit of fun! :laugh:

If you decide to use Corex you need to make sure of a good "key" by sanding joints and even pricking the area to be glued with a pin!  :o

Wow. Cool plane! A canard is a real good fit for FPV... no prop to get in the way of the view!

What is it like to hand launch.. or do you think it would be too much of a handful?

Skyscraper ,I think you would need to fit a lower fin to hold for hand launch , I havn't needed to do that but watch out for the prop' !those beggars bite :o

Corex is easy to find - wait for an election then every political party puts up posters which make great airplanes. I wish they would make them a bit bigger and not put ugly pictures on them but a bit of paint can sort that out. LoL
