Yes you can change both electronically, but you have to swap the spring from the left stick to the right mechanically to complete the swap to mode 2

Granted, however with longer term aims of flying wings I'd like to build a system based on UHF.  It wont be the first of components to buy, but its certainly on the shopping list.  With UHF and the forthcoming Fatshark HDs I'm happy to bide a little time without.

Nope don't get it a flying wing makes no difference to range

It's just a diffrent type of aircraft, 2.4ghz still controls it the same

UHF only benefits are for long range
